Traveller

TRAVELLER

A bone knocks my head,
Skulls shatter into oblivion.
Falling to the ground,
Get back up, still I travel.
The gloomy skies shouts devil’s name,
Flashes pound the ground like it's insane.
They barely missed,
A step forwards, still I travel.
Locusts swarm the fields and devours
The life so hastily.
They stripped my skin,
Few more steps, still I travel.
Bandit’s blades found ways into my flesh
Deep into my very being.
It stings,
Pick up speed, still I travel.
Wild beasts caught my scent,
Roars and comes to me.
My heart jumps,
Move quickly, still I travel.
The hill is steep and the rocks slip,
Shoes are worn and muscles tear.
The top is close,
Run, I am a traveller.
